Our Makhana journey began in 2019 with the successful cultivation of this little known miracle food by our father, Late Shri Krishna Kumar Chandrakar. He was born in a farmer’s family in Lingadih, Birkoni (Chhattisgarh, India). He started Makhana cultivation in his own farming land at Lingadih, Arang at a time when hardly anyone was aware of this crop or its related health benefits. In the due course of time his dedication, honesty, strong personality and hard work led to the success & expansion of his idea. A processing unit was established in his own field at his village.
